What is the Pre Clean mode?
Pre-clean mode simplifies the removal of tough ingredients like dough, caramel, and browned food residue from the base of the mixing bowl and knife.​

How does it work?
With five tailored settings, Pre-clean mode is designed to loosen thicker and stickier residues that are normally tough to remove. Just add 1000 g of water (or 4 cups) and a small amount of dish soap or vinegar, then start the mode.
You can activate Pre-clean mode directly, or it will appear automatically after Guided Cooking recipes that need a little extra help. Either way — Thermomix® makes clean-up effortless.
