What is the Pre Clean mode?
Pre-clean mode simplifies the removal of tough ingredients like dough, caramel, and browned food residue from the base of the mixing bowl and knife.
How does it work?
With five tailored settings, Pre-clean mode is designed to loosen thicker and stickier residues that are normally tough to remove. Just add 1000 g of water (or 4 cups) and a small amount of dish soap or vinegar, then start the mode.
You can activate Pre-clean mode directly, or it will appear automatically after Guided Cooking recipes that need a little extra help. Either way — Thermomix® makes clean-up effortless.
